Current positions availableAdministrative Assistant – Production DepartmentFull-time, salaried position for an administrative assistant in our production department. Job deals with the day to day activities in our roofing and siding divisions. Daily duties include customer follow-up calls, ordering new jobs from suppliers, organizing and updating customer files, and coordinating communication in the production department. This position requires self responsibility and time management, as well as the ability to be able to think, make decisions, and answer questions on-the-fly. Applicant must have excellent communication skills and be very well organized, but be able to work in a high-paced environment where things change constantly. Experience: Professional office experience required. Experience in the construction industry is preferred, but not necessary if you are a quick learner. Project Supervisor (Roofing and Siding)Full-time, salaried position for the supervision of installation crews on steep slope roofing jobs as well as vinyl, steel, and fiber cement siding jobs. Job is heavily focused on customer service to ensure that all customer needs are being met. This is combined with crew management to ensure that all manufacturer installation requirements are met, as well as going above and beyond them to meet our criteria. Daily duties include ensuring that property protection and job safety measures are set-up upon job start, meeting with homeowner to review the job and update on daily progress, oversee job installation, meet with homeowner at the end of job to do a final walk-through and collect job completion check. Supervisor will typically oversee 4-6 jobs per week, as well as conduct on going customer updates for upcoming jobs, and follow-ups on completed jobs. Supervisors will also occasionally do small repair jobs, and do inspections for potential customers to help us solve their problems. Roofing Repair ForemanFull-time roofing repair foreman. Position requires extensive experience in both steep and low slope roofing. Asphalt shingles, cedar shake, metal shingles/panels, synthetic tiles, concrete, slate, EPDM, TPO, Built-up, steel chimney flashings, custom steel fabrication, and excellent flashing detail in all applications. Compensation will be hourly, with the option for a salaried position upon future job review. Applicants must have good communication skills as you will be talking with homeowners, building owners, building maintenance supervisors. Applicants must also have good time management skills to be able to prioritize jobs, manage travel time, and complete all task for the day. Roofing RepairmanFull-time roofing repairman. Position requires experience in both steep and low slope roofing. Mainly Asphalt shingles, EPDM, TPO, built-up, steel chimney flashings, custom steel fabrication, and excellence in flashing details. Experience with cedar shake, metal shingle/panels, synthetic tiles, concrete, and slate is highly regarded. Compensation for this position will be hourly.
